The more I hear what the so called Pro western 'liberals' have to say the less sympathy I have for those disgusting creatures. I hope they are happy with what they have accomplished, dragging the name of 'Liberalism' through the inhuman flith that is their own delusion.

A few years ago I might even have said western liberalism is the way forward, hearing what those bottomfeeding worms have to say immediately changed my mind.

An American government official argues for retreat in Ukraine and buildup towards invading Taiwan, none of which are actually news, but it shows the desperation with which US seeks to disrupt China and the world's peace.

Having failed in Ukraine, America now wishes to create an arms race in Asia, even as they've already committed much more of their smaller economy towards military spending. Mainly in the form of more B-21 bombers and submarines.

Even if US hikes spending, it will not prevent China from doing the same. As such, the idea of a Taiwan invasion is doomed to fail, the present balance of forces do not benefit America, and a military build up can be matched vis a vis by China.

You can see him grasping at straws to come up with an excuse lmao. I like how people who claim they are ‘free thinkers’ who criticizes the faults of the West never ever, EVER criticize them at all. Just look at this comment.

His logic is that China wouldn’t punish them if there wasn’t public backlash, therefore the response on the disaster in the US is justified. Lol!

I found his response absolutely puzzling. Is this person a believer in democracy or simply has a “west is best” mindset?

If the government is responding to public backlash, it is the very essence of democratic action.

That's what most Western Asian loving mentality possess: White Western people's and countries = BEST. So that moron Colin Koh is no different than that of Richard Heydarian of the Philippines who works in the same line of propaganda business as that supposed Singaporean person. As a matter of fact, there's a lot of these people that are loitering around many countries in ASEAN, Japan, India, and within China itself. The western triumph through colonialism brought this rot in many countries in the world notwithstanding the advances in science and technology it brought as well.

Exactly this. Russia was very much part of the 8 nation alliance and committed various atrocities like rape, murder, plunder, arson and destruction of cultural relics. Prior to this they had also threatened China with war and forced her to sign the treaty of Aigun thus gaining control over outer Manchuria and cutting off Chinese access to the Sea of Japan. Later in Soviet years, we again saw numerous skirmishes and murders committed by USSR troops during the Sino-Soviet split. Personally, I believe this is payback for Russia being a mean bully, they are bleeding and killing as usual but this time China is in a very strong and favorable position. Historical grievances should be kept in front of the eyes to gain the most out of this country, resources and increased leverage if not outright territorial concessions. This is not China's war, let the Slavs kill each other, if US acts up threaten them with weapons supply to Russia, play them against each other, this is a wonderful once in a century opportunity to get back at Russia & the West combined, of course be careful not to push Russia away but other than that Russia should be thankful China is a responsible Superpower and won't be upto any mischief in the East while continuing to fill the technology & trade vaccum left by the West. Putin loves to dive deep into history while making his points, he will understand & appreciate China's position. Another bully in the 8 nation alliance not getting enough attention would be pathetic third world failed state India. For them I have no sympathy, should they fall into any precarious situation with Pakistan/ China, China shouldn't hold back at all. It is the one country I decisively advocate going to war against.
I've always viewed Russia as the inheritors of Xianbei/Jurchen/Mongols. We already know how to deal with northern resource empires, we've done it since the Han era and the diplomacy with the north reached great heights during the Southern Song when China managed relations with Jin, western Xia and western Liao. Northern empires are great friends supplying resources like horses, fur, jade, gold, etc when China is at peace and strong, they're vassals and proclaim how they're great friends of China (or are China) when weak. And when you're weak, they can viciously bite you when you're down like the Mongols, Manchu and Russians did.

This situation is much like the Jin, Xia, Song and Mongol situation. Xia was being invaded by Mongolia and begged Jin for help, saying that they will be a vassal and submit to Jin. Jin ignored them. Xia was razed to the ground by Mongolia and Jin did not lift a finger. Mongols got stronger after looting and enslaving Xia. Then, Song stupidly thought they could use the Mongols against Jin. They supported a Mongol war against Jin, Jin collapsed, and were made 3rd class citizens as "Han". Then surprise surprise, Mongols turned on Song, enslaved them too, and made them an even lower 4th class "southern" category.

China shouldn't make the same mistake that Jin and Song made 1000 years ago. If Jin stopped the Mongol snowball at Xia, it would've changed history.

India's External Affairs Minister Dr. Jaishankar makes good point in defense of his country's political system which is democratic that is hone to the culture and practice of his country and not necessarily a carbon copy of many western liberal countries whose democratic systems aren't exactly looking so good these days. Having said that, I wish this dude can actually read and understand the comments he made on this video and apply that to China with respect to the unhinged accusations of genocide against Chinese Uyghurs among other things that Indian media, people and even the government happily parrots. Hypocrisy isn't lost on this man.

This year at the Munich Security Conference, Russia is represented by the Russian liberal opposition in exile, which is being prepared by the Western curators to return to Russia and take power after the collapse of the Russian Federation and the removal of Putin from power.

MUNICH - Wake up, Europe. We must face the China challenge.

That was NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg’s message on Saturday for the global security elite gathered at the Munich Security Conference.

Moscow, Stoltenberg underscored, “wants a different Europe” while Beijing “is watching closely to see the price Russia pays — or the reward it receives for its aggression.”

“Even if the war ends tomorrow,” he added, “our security environment is changed for the long term.”

Stoltenberg’s remarks come against the backdrop of a broader conversation among Western allies about how to approach China as it makes revanchist military threats toward Taiwan and pumps up its own industries with government help.

While countries like the U.S. have pushed allies to keep a closer eye on Beijing and distance themselves from China’s economy, others have expressed caution about turning China into such an unequivocal enemy.

The NATO chief warned that Western allies must act united on both the military and economic fronts.

“The war in Ukraine has made clear the danger of over-reliance on authoritarian regimes,” he noted.

“We should not make the same mistake with China and other authoritarian regimes,” he said, calling on the West to eschew its dependence on China for the raw materials powering society. He also warned against exporting key technologies to the country.

And while focusing on external adversaries, Stoltenberg also implored NATO allies to avoid internal squabbling.

“We must not create new barriers between free and open economies,” he said.

“The most important lesson from the war in Ukraine,” he added, “is that North America and Europe must stand together.”

Russian liberals winning power would be an absolute nightmare for China. It would be a mistake on par with Xia being destroyed by Mongolia when Jin could've stopped them but chose not to to preserve their forces. Jin was next on the Mongol menu.
