Well joke's on him. I was gonna swap it with all natural organic water from the Ganges River at the last minute.
India mainly bought Boeing 737max. Just like China buys Airbus 320neo. In both cases, it's money going to American and Western companies and dependence on the US increasing. Biden is right, American leadership grows even among its enemies.
And it cannot be said that there are no alternatives. Russia has been trying for years to develop the Irkut MS-21 with the same function as the 737max and 320neo and China ignores it and continues to finance and strengthen its western enemies who, by 2025, must sanction and isolate the Chinese after ruining Russia.
What saved the West after the Cold War was the size and investment that the Chinese market provided for Western technology, while the Soviet Union was restricted to a small market and then stagnated and collapsed.
Now, the West will prepare India to be a major customer of its technology and finance the once decadent western empire.
Thus China will suffer the same fate as Iran if it continues to be a dependent customer of the West. It will only be humiliated and isolated, and there will be no copium to erase the US victory.
The Chinese will continue to worship the US and expect common sense and good faith. While the Americans do what they want and break all the rules without any resistance or punishment, on the contrary, they receive even more investment from their enemies.
The US prints dollars and manipulates its own economy with a trillion deficit and the world continues to buy dollars and keep US purchasing power at maximum levels. It's a win.

That MS-21 will need many years for mass production line and it will not work for India. India need connectivity with Mideast, East Asia and West. this how Indian economy will prosper. Indian flying to Singapore. which is better plane?

There's a simple reason China buys Airbus, because its certified right now to fly in EU and US. Its not about China's own technology but about using a brand which other destinations can allow without further hassle. Airlines are a 2 way street, it isn't just China that gets a vote, the destinations where Chinese planes go also get a vote.
The west has nothing to offer India. Except like you say, printed dollars.
Here's the problem of being "rich" in liquidity but not rich in anything else, youre at the mercy of the continued goodwill from industry nations to actually get goods.
Real strength is not in having money or a set of goods, but in having the ability to continously create more items, and the greater scale you can do that, the more powerful your nation is.
So while the government control of the American dictatorship over its home might be stronger or at least break even, the national power of America is nosediving, and it is largely due to China outcompeting and repossessing what they had before in terms of industry and science output.
Currently US has the choice to keep going and fall further behind in national output and gdp, and eventually China will put down another reserve currency which would either lock US out of the global system, or force them to become a resource rentier state.
OR, they can go to war, one where they'll be armed with trillions of dollars against the other side that's armed with the goods that the trillions of dollars would have bought if not for the war.
Neither are that palatable hence we're seeing more and more mass hysteria and madness from their officials.
Exactly. Alternatives to Western technology never get investment and orders, while China lines up to buy and further empower the West.
If China as a major market had invested and charged Russia as an alternative, the MS-21 would certainly already be mass-produced and there would be competition with the western monopoly.
But China continues to finance those who want to destroy and humiliate her, while India is being prepared to replace China as a customer and supplier of cheap goods to the West.
