Yep, that's what I heard too.

Also, note the term used in the notice - 军事任务 (military mission), instead of the usual 军事演习 (military exercise).

Something could very well be going on in Bohai...? Perhaps the UUV really does exist?

Many people would claim that United States have the best freight rail system in the world. In reality, it's all inherited from the works of past generation that is falling apart either due to neglect, or in some cases, actively being dismantled. After all, everything is privatized and the class Is have a effective regional monopoly, infrastrectures cost money to maintain, and the profit number must go up. This has also resulted in the companies trying to cram more carts onto a single "train" while cutting down crew numbers at the same time.

Incidentally, this is also why passenger rail in North America is such a sh*tshow. Can't run a passenger train in the town if the railway company dismantled the only rail spur into the town. Also can't pass a freight train if the freight train is longer than the damn passing siding.

China announces visit of Iranian president​

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi is going to make an official visit to China next week, the Chinese Foreign Ministry has said.

Raisi’s planned visit will take place between February 14 and 16 and is at the invitation of Chinese leader Xi Jinping, the ministry announced in a statement on Sunday.

The three-day trip will, among other elements, include talks between Raisi and Xi, a joint meeting of the leaders with Iranian and Chinese businessmen, and the signing of cooperation documents between the delegations of the two countries, according to Iran’s state-run news agency IRNA.

Also reporting on the upcoming visit, US outlet Politico said that it’s "expected to deepen ties between the two political and economic partners that are opposed to the US-led Western domination of international affairs."
