I would imagine below the Kármán line at 100km, which is considered the start of space as defined by the FAI; is considered sovereign. So 60k ft or 18.288km is well below that.

I'd be happy if China doesn't reciprocate and stick to its current arrangements for another 6 months at least; punishment (and education) must be dealt to the Koreans, it's the only way they'll learn. And because the Korean Covid situation is still a mess without any transparency.

So China still stop issuing visa to SK ppl coming to China? (since when?)

I think China should discourage Chinese to visit SK anyway .. give them a warning of safety concern
