The same model of Taiwanese missile (or at least some part of it) which targetted a fishing boat 6 years ago has finally found their way across the strait, even during peacetime.

Translation:
The theodolite used by Taiwan's "Hsiung Feng III" missile to locate and lock onto the "enemy" was sent to the original factory in Switzerland for repair due to a fault, but was later passed along to Shandong, China for repair.

This news tidbit is almost as pathetic as the US government going insane at having to import Chinese rare earths for magnets in the F-35 and wondering if this somehow allows China to snoop on F-35 movements... These people do not even know what a theodolite is. It is basically an optomechanical device used to measure angles so they can setup the missile batteries in place and aim them at the target. I am surprised it even has any electronics in it. Also given Switzerland's stance on exporting weapons to zones in conflict, the Wanwanese making this hissy fit about it might mean their access to these exports might be cut in the future.

It's not an overstretch to say that EU is pressing the issue and importance of "Indo-Pacific" meaning containing of China while still trying to make money from China and Chinese people. The recent visit of a former NATO Chief Rasmussen is another indicator of this growing, persistent trend that will becoming more pronounced in the year ahead.

Here, at this recently concluded press conference with the FM of Austria, you can clearly see the signs and statements emanating from his speech that EU is trying to bring the same drama and conflict at China's doorstep whether China likes it or not. And of course, India is happy to ride and take advantage of this situation where it can needle China and gain some favorable standing from these double-faced EU and other western countries to pursue and push India's own agenda.

Man, I thought having to source civilian-grade drones from China and slap made-in-Taiwan label on them was bad enough, imagine sourcing missile parts and components from Taobao...

Also to those 1450 and 50w cyberarmy - Ya'll should be very thankful and grateful to China. Because of China, ya'll now have a job to pay for your living expenses!

Pretty much every warlord faction regardless of nationality do this stuff though. Both the "salvaging random civilian hardware from host nation" and the "buy key components from taobao" thing.
It's not that odd.

Most likely it is a treasure trove of information to China's interior ministry though.

It's kinda unclear what HF3 missiles descend from, but it seems more older PLA hardware influenced than USSR influenced. Just as Beijing has their own spies within Taiwan, it is certain that the reverse is also true and they can smuggle out critical components as well as design ideas.

What's clear is that those "aircraft carrier killer" can only "kill" a toy version of any carrier, lol, and that Taiwan has no capacity to even produce them. I wouldn't be surprised if that extends to basically every part of their military equipment.

London - the stabbing capital of the world.
New York - the shooting capital of the world. Also the crack head capital (although strong competition from San Francisco).
Paris - the biggest shithole on the list. Seriously I'd rather visit Mogadishu. Whoever made this has never been to Paris - I bet it's one of those Japanese who get Paris syndrome when they actually visit Paris.

Kiev is definitely better and more safe than all three of those, even with no electricity and daily Russian bombings.
