There are lifetime hanjians like Josh Wrong, Jimmy Lai, Baggie O, Nathan Law... that should be locked up forever or exiled. Others like the infamous Yau Wai Ching may have switch a new leaf and decided to be somewhat apolitical and stay, rather than BNO out (or just decided crouching insect, hidden roach? ).
