Excluding Georgia, it seems like Democrat are expected to win 49 and Republican 50.

Whoever wins Georgia in December runoff will have a senate majority. I hope it's the Democrats though. Republican house + Democrat senate will guarantee nothing gets done
Good news is even when Obama and Democrats had a super majority in House and Senate, he didn't get much done either... No formalization of Roe v. Wade into law, no Medicare for all universal health system, never got out Afghanistan... The system is designed to be stagnant and decrepit.

My head hurts from the stupidity of how the dead come somehow win elections, its like the living is worth less then the dead in the US of A. But then again, the likes of JFK is better then most of the politicians now so I guess this is some form of coping given that the current generation in the USA cannot tell where Xinjiang is on a world map despite supposedly having friggen university education. Even the average can tell that in the event of a gas/oil shortage that maybe we need to pump more instead of waiting until it is all empty!!!!

Watch as Kishore bitch slaps an anglo fake news reporter.

Western discourse vis-a-vis China has always been problematic, not least due to the language barrier and cultural differences, though recent geopolitics has led to far more distorted views. One thing to note is that unlike a lot of other subjects people can be regarded as 'experts' on China in spite of them being neither fluent in the language nor having visited/resided there. This is also paired with an unfamiliarity with Chinese history and culture that leads to some rather awful takes being taken as gospel. All of this coupled with perverse interests being at play when it comes to media coverage of China, from cherrypicking news, using dubious sources (Adrian Zenz comes to mind), poor/mistranslating Chinese sources and outright fabrication. All of this means that its very difficult to take most Western news sources seriously whenever they cover China and further contributes to Chinese distrust of the West at home and abroad.
