If I am reading it right. That looks like it includes the McDonald receipt Trump got for buying a Diet Coke. It appears that anything Trump saw, read, or created during his 4 years as president can be seized by the FBI. If they don’t have hard proof that Trump was doing something super illegal like giving info to foreign states. Then it looks like a hit job for 2022 or 2024.
