It surely is, however neither NK, Iran nor China have a say in what Russia will do. Purchasing anything from other countries could also be only a sign for the nonsensical western propaganda of "runnig out" of weapons. The other thing is, China and Russia are upholding stupid policies towards North Korea and following guides of isolation which were placed by the US. It is stupid because North Korea is bordering China and Russia and has Thermonuclear weapons and in any case you should always have positive foreign policies towards a neighbor with such capabilities. The other thing is with Iran, that with neighbors like Israel destabilizing the region and acting highly aggressive against anyone they dislike it should be in Russia's interest to provide enough oportunities to Iran to defend itself and use their already existing presence in Syria to send a message to Israel, that it can not act harder than it actually is. Israel is a country that would fall next year if not all the money, technology, military and economical aid from european countries and the US. Especially if the US would put a hold to the jewish oligarchic and lobbistic doings in the US political sphere.
If that's the case she won't object to a spell in prison. Maybe it'll help her reach nirvana.
