The only true unrest i see here is with the tank men, their attitude is like "Why this damn thing doesn't go fast....just gimme a minute..we're leaving"

This was already discussed. It's not unrest. It was transport. People are taking pictures and watching, not protesting or throwing molokov cocktails.
