To the best of my knowledge, China has not embargoed any export of substances to countries and business entities in the Anglosphere and Europe Zone, as well as S Korea an Japan. Meanwhile, the West and their allies have done it left and right, under the flimsiest of reasons.
Am I right ? What is the red line for that to happen ?
Most likely war or if the west is actually stupid enough to do something like the sanctions against Russia against China.
Basically, that card is only gonna be used when it's needed, and not for something more petty or stupid like say the EUV ban/sanction.
Ah, just when it's starting to get cold in Europe. It will indeed be a great time for them to bask in the warm central heating of Zhongnanhai.
