Don’t worry, it’s all going according to plan when bad things only happen to the poors. The middle class drive around in cars and are safe from such random acts of violence and crime.
It’s only when the wealthy feel unsafe that shit gets real, so if these little thugs ever graduate to carjacking, that’s when they will learn what German police efficiency feels like.
All western countries have always been like this. A certain level of crime is tolerated so long as said crime is done against the ‘right’ people (the poor and foreigners) and in the allowed neighbourhoods (aka the poor and immigrant ones).
If the criminals stay within those lines and don’t do anything stupid like kill people, the police will only go through the motions of filing reports but spend precisely zero effort to solve any of those crimes.
OTOH, any crime committed in wealthy neighbourhoods will be investigated thoroughly with zero considerations to costs and resources needed because ‘standards needs to be maintained!’
If anyone is interested in finding out how efficient police can be, just look up high profile cases, a recent one that comes to mind was when a bunch of cargo thieves hit the wrong truck and stole a pallet of ammo.
Police caught them within 3 days, which is utterly incredible to anyone who has had cargo stolen under similar circumstances as you won’t even get a police crime reference number that fast most of the time.
If this bi!ch ends up being wrong in a month, hang this idiot from a lap post, if he is still wrong in 1/2 a year from now when winter is done and millions of people are dead because of his stupidity, get the rest of his party to join. Since he is willing to gamble with the lives of others based on bullshit, he should pay the ultimate price, not get a hefty redundancy package and a ticket out of the country.
