The US is literally going to implode if they start revoking this lol. Gay marriage is next on the list. Maybe reunification with Taiwan could be quicker than anyone expected.

A few problems with that. Lithuania is a tiny country, I doubt they have many mercenaries in the Ukraine, let alone enough to be traded for the amount of freight trains that are required to supply a city sized population.

Plus if I was Russian I'd rather see them sentenced and punished.

The other option is an economic retaliation against the EU. Reduce what exports are still going through.
