@siegecrossbow Sir we have the same problem BUT we don't scam the Japanese, instead we allocate fund to purchase those land with commercial rate and resettled those informal settlers. I think its all about bureaucratic inertia, the nonchalant attitude of Indian politician and just plain lazy. There is no urgency cause its NOT their money to begin with, like the example of trash accumulation. Its not their duty cause picking trash is beneath them.
