I
It's more an exercise of calling out how Western journalists exaggerates and stretches a tiny grain of truth to elicit faux outrage and push an pro-Taiwan agenda, than anything intrinsically important about what Zelensky actually says, since Zelensky says whatever benefits him at the moment.

Many people don't even read beyond the headlines, it's so disingenuous how Western journalists twist and manipulate people's comments out of context for a pro-Taiwan agenda.
So now I know where this Zelensky's "support for Taiwan" comes from. It is actually very inconsiderate and inappropriate for the reporter to present that question to Zelensky and the way it was presented. The Ukraine war is at a very critical moment and in survival mode with hundreds dieing every day and the reporter ask for Zelensky opinions on Taiwanese matters. Then presented Zelensky answers to suit the reporter's political agenda.

Nearly 70 million people also suffered from malnutrition in the Arab world last year, according to UN report.

In a report published on Thursday, the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) also said that between 2019 and 2020, the number of malnourished in the Arab world rose by 4.8 million people to 69 million, nearly 16 percent of the population.

155 billion (bcm) / 10 million (bcm) = 15,500

15,500 x 3.65 (mtpa) = 56,575 mtpa per annum

Qater Expansion = 127 mtpa per annum.

Full transition from a swimming pool to a spoon full of water.

0.22% down by 2027 and only 99.78% left to go… wait a minute. Half of it goes to Asia and the other half to Europe?
99.89% left to fully ditch Russian gas.
i already know it but once European infrastructure develops to receive. do you think contracts can survive? Are there Turkish soldiers in Qatar or Japanese?.
There are plenty of hints for Japan. it need to produce products needed in European market.

Know what? That you are shifting the goal post?

Where is the other 99.89% of non-existent gas is the EU going to find when they fully transition to the ME? 56,512 million tonnes of gas is still missing after subtracting 67 million tonnes from the Qatar expansion.

Or are you going to insist that Green Energy will save Europe within a short-mid timeframe? $300 billion to fight China. $300 billion to fight Russian Oil. By the time it hits the late 2020s, inflation will turn that into Swiss cheese with interest rates set to soar and an global economic recession on top of it.

my original point was about Germanic transition to Middleast/ Africa. it will raise the prices and make Asian currencies weaker over time.
Japan happened to have the weakest link as it consume more relative to what it produce for Europe. historically this area was managed by Ottomans/French/British. now German are directly engaging it. all the way to refugee camps in this hot weather. there will be plenty of willing partners for them unlike Japanese.
