If it gets bad enough the US will just ban crude oil exports again. I expect it to happen come next Fall.
Yurop will be in deep trouble. Since they have next to no oil of their own and will be competing with Asia for oil. Once the oil being drained from the US SPR stops going to the Netherlands they will be begging Putin for oil.
