Without Washington approval then nothing. Plus it won’t work anyway. The West went so far on Russian xenophobia that Russian public opinion is against the West now. Only chance they got is to make a false flag attack on Russia by acting like they are Chinese PLA.
The West knows they royalty fucked up so badly. Le Pen is hoping they can lure Russia back with diplomatic measures but after the onslaught of total economic warfare. Zero chance the Russians ever look West again for the next few generations.

How is that supposed to work i wonder? Will the u.s find as many asian americans as it can find, and send them on a suicide mission to ukraine to fight russia and then claimed they were PLA troops, or find hanjian pilots and get them to fly kamikaze mission on a soviet era mig-29s painted in a PLAAF insignia? Those are the only way i can think of lol
I don't think that will work anymore, with the use accusation of genocide and false flag by the West against Russia in Ukraine, the Russian population likely would just dismiss it as CIA propaganda or false flag. Besides, the Russian government and intelligence organization would be working with Chinese officials and intelligence agents, so the trust and communication between the two would be able to clear this event out.

According to the CIA, the entire purpose of interrogation is not to beat the crap out of people, the point of interrogation is to induce regression.
If the interview of a prisoner goes well enough, then the induced regression would turned the prisoner back to its true self, a simple child because the regression was that effective, they would be in a fetal position in the corner, crying for mama.
What we are seeing out of the Western politician and media is nutz.
Back to regression. Regression is to go back to what the prisoner relies on. The interrogation is suppose to induce stress to do that.

Maybe the shock and stress of the Russian Ukraine war, has induced regression in the American chattering class, and their true nature of non-stop talk about nothing is being revealed.
They keep talking, yet do nothing.

Seems though that the CIA manual is correct about inducing regression and the prisoner will mentally retreat.
I don't see anything wrong with their propaganda since we are in the middle of an information war . They have the right to control the narrative since they own the platforms. It is up to China, Russia, and others to come up with their own global platforms and disseminate the messaging they want.

True, in the end, the only thing that can get through to those sheep is simply the end result, that Russia has taken the east side of Ukraine, the side that actually matters and has left all the refugees from Ukraine to crowd into Europe to wreck everything, especially when food and gas is in low supply. That is something that no amount of government media is going to hide or fix. If the west thinks that achieving wins on the media stage is somehow going to translate to a victory on the real life stage, they should be forewarned that should these shortages happen, no nation that has these items has any obligation to pick up the slack and in the end, the media will become useless. History is written by the victors after all and if Russia and China win in the real life stage, expect these liars in the media to be dealt with in a final manner that no one will have any obligation to save them from.
To me, propaganda is all well and good, but lying too much tends to have some serious consequences at the end of the day
