News from the "Great Translation *cough waste of *cough time Movement", Using my superior hacking abilities ( hint* hint* a browser) and my superior knowledge of the Chinese language (hint: the Chrome translate tool), i manage to enter the impenetrable Chinese internet to find out the looks like Chinese like in most of the world have a variety of opinions over different topics, including the Ukrainian war, and choosing a few comments for anti-China propaganda is stupid, some are pro-Russians, other are neutral and some anti-Russian, I personally agree with the people who says that the U.S. and NATO at least bear some responsibility for the conflict and the prolongation of this war.

What an idiot. Can we partition SG already?
I still haven't heard any reason why SG should be allowed to exist when it has such leadership.

Singapore probably knows which way the wind is blowing.

Due to various reasons, their relationship with the Americans have benefited them.

ASEAN, if we just look at the pictures of diplomatic meetings in China, meetings that ASEAN ministers would not have with Blinky, but would rather have meetings in China, when the Taliban and Larov are in town, kind of tells the whole story.

ASEAN is most definitely leaning that way, and not the American way. Singapore probably feels alarm.

In the end, Singapore has to follow the lead of ASEAN.

ASEAN, China, they are the future for Singapore. Although Singapore still wants the Americans to be a part of that future, tough to say is that even possible now, their cowboys and Indians mentality of us against them.

lol. Meme worthy

"⚡️ Germany's economy minister: 'We will be poorer' due to Russia's war but it's a small price to pay.

Robert Habeck told local broadcaster ZDF that there will be costs for the German society but the price is incomparable to the sufferings in Ukraine."
This is totally bizarre.

War is peace.

Love is hate.

Freedom is slavery.

Pay a price now, to be poorer in the future.

:p

What the hell happened to these guys?

Yeah, this is excellent news.

Maybe that was why that Lee from Singapore visited America this week.

He had to inform the Americans himself that China will have a naval base in Cambodia.

It is kind of like a game changer.

If the Chinese are able to deploy ship launched hypersonic weapons or if that ship borne rail gun finally appears, then the balance of power really changes in the entire region, to the detriment of you know who.

:D

They want to destroy our whole future by reducing us to their nucai and profit unopposed of our markets not giving it up. They have the ambition to reform our economic model and government model to their preferences and interests and to enslave us for a myriad of generations and turn us to empty hulks with zero ambitions. The non-interference policy that we have followed for far longer than most of us here have lived (since the days of Zhou Enlai) has long been outdated and a foreign policy doctrine that is now a danger to our future.

Yeah but ...

Why are you even complaining about that comrade?

That is what the west always wanted to do to China, for over 200 years.

If it was not done via aggressive methods, such as war or sanctions or coercion, it was done via soft methods, such as allowing China to join the WTO, in the expectations it will undermine the Chinese and China change and turn into another Japan or Singapore.

(China made all the concessions in that deal, and the rest is history).

What else is new, you know.

Same old, same old.

Pretty sure they wanted to do this since Opium wars...

Agreed. Thank goodness Mao got nukes, Deng reformed economy, and Xi is navigating the boat well.

You have to grow rich first before trying to act tough on the world stage.
