China really did the right thing by developing its own digital economy.
Right? China is very smart to protect it's market and generate huge wealth for Chinese people. Meanwhile, India is completely dominated by Western tech.

Also, among the tech countries on that list, I consider Baidu/Google to be almost like magic to shift through millions of pages for info. All the other "tech" is pretty straightforward (FB is just a better version of Xanga/MySpace, Twitter is just a website), but nonetheless better retained with CHINESE ownership rather than Western ownership.

Putin is about to pull the trigger. Do it!

"TASS:Russian Deputy PM A.Novak said that , due to unfounded accusations regarding the energy crisis in Europe & the ban on NordStream 2, has every right to make a tit-for-tat move & IMPOSE an EMBARGO on Gas Supplies through NordStream1, which now works at 100% of its capacity"

Not sure WHY Putin has not done it yet if the Euro cannot be use to transact trade with Russia.

507-pound guy loses 154 pounds to join army after watching Wolf Warrior

To realize his dream of becoming a soldier in the military, he finally lost 154 pounds from 507 to 353 pounds.

At present, Yan has successfully passed the physical and political examinations and will officially become a soldier. He also expressed that he is full of expectations for the upcoming life in the military.

Assuming it is true. It’s pretty impressive motivation. The one thing that seems strange is the army hired a 353 pound man but I suppose he could continue losing weight.

Unlikely fiat currency. Melting down a gold bar and shaping it into another mold basically makes it untraceable.
Isn't gold pretty much just a paper claim, something like person x owns like 3 bars in a vault in singapore, london etc.
Unless russia is so stupid to use US vaults and clearing houses for gold transfers
