It will be interesting to see how EU deal with Turkey.
Argentina just condemned Russia at UNGA. Brazil already voted against Russia at UNSC. Both abstained at the 2014 Crimea UNGA vote.
Israel also condemned Russia and is co-sponsoring the resolution . In 2014, the Israeli ambassador was mysteriously missing at the time of voting.
China, India and South Africa spoke as if they were going to abstain. The same for Vietnam.
