Considering this “Song Zhongping” (idk who he is) is extensively used by globaltimes as an commentator/expert for their articles. Like really. His name been in +10 articles in the last 30 days on globaltimes.

Anyway. I think it’s safe (as in confirm) to say that China is expanding their nuclear arsenal unofficially.
