Now if a Republican gets into power in 2024, then that is really really concerning, because over half the stuff you posted will become reality. With Biden, probably it will be significantly diluted or removed outright. Biden can't afford to confront China when his popularity is so low due to pandemic and poor economic status. What you posted is more of a wishlist amongst Republican hawks than what will actually be implemented.

That's ON THE BILL THAT WAS PASSED IN THE HOUSE and will certainly Pass in the Senate. Do you think Pres.Biden is going to veto that bill with an upcoming midterm election? What has Biden done that he can legit show to the American sheeps any semblance of victory? Or tangible things Americans can see, sense, smell, and feel? I can't think of anything.
