This is interesting. I wonder if China can develop the same technology and replace the diesel engines running on the QingZang railway. It is said that it's impractical to use electrical engines on the plateau.
Isn't this more aligned with Russia's saying they are not planning a invasion and demand for Kiev to implement the Minsk Agreement?
