"Huawei cannot deliver real 5G"

I think the US counts the "4G+" (marketing bs) as 5G to artificially inflate their 5G rollout numbers (primarily to save face, big thing for Westerners), which leads to those 4G-esque download speeds.

300Mbit/sec DL is faster than my Home Ethernet wired DL speed is with laser optics (Starry). That is insane!

My US T-Mobile 5G is not that super impressive at all, it's faster than 4G but isn't super noticeable for loading webpages or even YouTube on mobile. It's all cheap marketing gimmicks with US.
The real 5G should have those download speeds. Most likely your T-Mobile 5G is the rebranded 4G (sometimes it is also called "4G+"), that's why it is barely any different from 4G. Muricans do this to artificially inflate their rollout numbers to save face in the competition.

Labor leader Anthony Albanese says Australia’s tricky relationship with China won’t be changed overnight, but if he is elected he hopes to oversee a return to a golden age of business with the superpower.

Speaking at the National Press Club in Canberra, Mr Albanese said China was “more forward-leaning in our region” and that Australia needed to adjust how it viewed the nation.

He said Beijing “deserves a great deal of credit for lifting hundreds of millions of people out of poverty” and that increased competition in our region did not automatically equal catastrophe.

Found some more of his speech else where, I'm impressed:

'China deserves a great deal of credit for lifting hundreds of millions of people out of poverty, they have achieved that. It's a great economic achievement, the likes of which we haven't seen, ever, in human history.'
“Whoever is in government, it will be a difficult relationship. It will be difficult because the posture of China has changed. It is China that has changed, not Australia that has changed. And that needs to be acknowledged and we need to adjust accordingly,”
'I don't blame the government and never have for the current circumstances'

The last bit is particularly impressive in that he refuses to go into modern day partisanship and do some slinging at the opposition. Although if you read the part about "it's China that changed" it's still a quiet dig at Morrison because he's saying "Read the room old man, the world has changed."

Eclectic analysis discussing the what if scenario with respect to the current Russia-U.S. problem is Ukraine. As usual the American analyst comes out the most bombastic, the most entertaining of the bunch, and the most militaristic which is not a surprise to many. What is surprising here is that 2 of the analysts (American and Eastern European) seemed to suggest that Putin’s actions in Ukraine is due in part out of fear that Ukraine's political system (I don't know if it's western democratic) will cause a major rift within Russia that apparently are clamoring for "Western democracy" invoking the convicted felon Mr.Navalney as their primary example.

On the topic of Aust.... Australia Day 26 Jan is now increasingly Invasion Day..LOL

Thousands of people are gathering in 'Invasion Day' rallies across the country, in protest of Australia's national holiday.
Crowds have taken to the streets of capital cities across Australia, asking for the date of Australia Day to be changed.
Many First Nations people refer to January 26 as the 'Day of Mourning' or 'Survival Day,' as is falls on the date the First Fleet arrived in Australia.

Well, Mr.Tobias Linder views on the China-German relationship isn't exactly earth shattering news nor it's surprising, after all, Mr. Linder is a member of the "Greens" who are not exactly pacifistic in their approach to geopolitics because their foreign policy outlook is very American oriented and in a lot of ways the party and it's members are very much aligned with American geopolitical interests.

But the problem with Germany’s Greens is that they assume that the power dynamics between Germany and China is tilted towards their favour when economic data and reality shows the opposite. So whatever rhetoric that comes out from this person must be taken with a grain of heavy dose of skepticism.

China must not react publicly or make a hay out of this provocative statement but rather look into the matter privately to assess what direction and relationship it seeks with China because China mustn't allow itself to become the proverbial political punching bag for these asshats who wish to collect brownie points from their political masters a.k.a. the U.S. while profiting handsomely from the hard earned money of everyday Chinese in China.
