Some people just really don't care about looking stupid. This is about the same level as Trump asking China for a plan to reduce its surplus by $100 billion (or $1 billion depending on when you read it). I'm sure when the Chinese first heard it, their faces froze and 'Uh, maybe you guys stop sucking so much at financial planning' shot through their minds simultaneously. This is like the Knicks calling up the Cavaliers and saying, "Hey, we need you to figure out how to not beat us by too much when we play next week. Chop chop! What's the plan?" LOL

Most likely they're going to use MTCR. S-400 goes past the 300km range limit for missile exports. The idea is a gangbang by members to sanction violators. So even though a country doesn't sign on to MTCR the members are obligated to help punish anyone who violates it. Some US politicians want to punish China for UAV exports using MTCR.

Yeah that sure sounds like what "they" want it to be sounding like.
What is important, that the governments of the Russian Federation and Britain, work together to find the real criminal behind such an attack. As the incident appears to be more and more like someone wants the two countries to go to war over. Russia would not be so careless or reckless in leaving a footprint such as this, if it were really behind an attack like this. And Britain would not be irresponsible as to stage such a false flag to have an open confrontation with the Russian Federation. So it is important that at times such as this, the international community comes together and assists Russia and Britain in finding the real criminals who look more like non-state actors than otherwise.
