When Lithuania provoked China, it had prepared for Trade bans/Tariffs similar to what happened to Australia. They saw the tiny $600mn export number and were least concerned even if it's completely halted. Clear arrogance on their part as they thought US, EU is on their side and the loss would be compensated by them.

What they never expected was the unofficial embargo being placed because China has never made such moves before. The $600mn will soon spiral to billions once China expands the supply chain sanctions. And for a country with GDP of mere $50bn that's huge.

Should've never become a poodle.

China is basically saying to the woke Germans, choose between your automobile industry and Lithuania

With China's car industry becoming so strong it is now in a "position of strength" to act against German auto industry if it wants to

TLDR: Lithuania will be thrown under the bus by the Germans

If you think about it, these actions considered extreme by the Chinese, have their inception in the brainchild of the Anglo Americans.
Anglo America wished to cut off Chinese trade and supply lines from the world, but due to typical Anglo arrogance and incompetence, failed utterly.
Now China will do the same to Lithuania and soon, to other Anglo companies who want to martyr themselves for white supremacy.

Key quote:
There has to be solidarity, but the instrument shouldn’t incentivize an individual EU country in the future to pursue any kind of individual foreign policy and then solidarize the costs with the other countries. Third countries can cross a line that the EU as a whole simply cannot accept and interfering even with internal EU trade with Lithuania probably would be one, but this balance is something the EU has to be mindful of in the future.”
