Question = How the White House will react if the Chinese or the Russians surround the U.S. with military bases in Mexico, Canada, Central America and the Caribbean?
Answer = Not very kind. They will be really angry. They will start building more missiles and weapons to blow those bases in case of war. And the tension with the countries hosting the bases will increase.
U.S. reaction = Chinese reaction = Russian reaction.
