I read the story at Mail, the incident happened at 4 a.m. early morning at some subway station in NYC, the young Thai girl just returned from watching a concert show.

To give it a further thought, why this young girl was so reckless to walk around alone at that hour? Woman or man, if not strong enough to defend oneself and have anything catching the attention would be in danger of being victim. Was she so uninformed not knowing the crime rate in the USA? As a young, attractive girl, she just had few choices, either got robbed or raped or both. Indeed there are only few countries in the world that one may be safe to walk alone at that hour: SIN CHN JPN THA. Any young and attractive girl of any race even the Black girl herself, walk alone at that hour in the USA will just invite attack, more over if she seems to carry some valuable. What a reckless or even a foolish victim!

She's afflicted with Netflix/Hollywood version of America. Where crime and violence are nothing but aberration especially in glamorized places and cities of N.Y.C. and the drug infected, homeless ridden San Francisco, L.A. Miami

Its not very well developed, and not well integrated with each other. There is still a lot of work to be done on this.

Which is why being mentioned so much on this Xi-Putin meeting, it means that the final decision to push forward has been made
