Yes I sure do.
He can say what he believes but when he starts the name-calling saying that other people are cowards, he's getting it back. Ironically, he calls other people cowards who aren't here to defend themselves but when I'm here to trade with him, he ducks away with his, "Not worth my time" escape. His posts are only good when they're just the news. Other than that, he famously makes gaping analytical mistakes saying that the ROC's beach defense would definitely succeed against a PLAN invasion because air power wouldn't matter as it's just a head count on both sides that determines the results. And now he's calling for some vague military action in a completely unwarrented situation, to "teach Aussies a lesson," whatever the hell that's supposed to mean.
Despite all that, if he does it in a civilized way saying that it is his respectful opinion, I would let it go. When he starts throwing insults as if he's right and everyone else is wrong, I won't let that slide.

Regarding the US (small training) troops in Taiwan, China already knew it decades ago, it was just kept out of public by both parties, so to not provoke.
This is a small training troop with no combat ability. Anything bigger than this would trigger the red line of no US troops in Taiwan
As for the red lines getting pushed that's part of the salami slicing tactics by the US. However the red lines are still intact. The moment they try anything, the US fleet will meet the bottom of the sea
The dude keeps screaming for military conflict while China;
1. hasn't fully modernized & optimized their army
2. still haven't gotten the third aircraft carrier out
3. still haven't gotten the second 5th gen naval fighter out
4. is in the middle of a trade war with the US
5. is in the middle of making itself self-sufficient on all important parts like chips
6. still trying to control covid
7. being the only country to grow during this pandemic by trading with others
These are just some of the few problems going on right now, there are many more than can be listed here and if you take all that into consideration, Hendric can call us cowards for all he wants but the Chinese and their government ain't stupid and neither is most of us here.

Beyond logic? Look no further than what is happening with COVID-19 in the USA and tell me I'm still wrong here. Tell me the logic of parents in the USA being against teachers wearing masks to protect their own children . Am I still the one beyond logic?

Don't assume what I know. You are Hokkienese right? So is my father, I helped write letters to help try to get some of our "village-people" refugee status in Canada when those things were happening in 1998.
The reality is that very few Chinese actually left Indonesia in 1998. A friend of mine put it like this, everyone knew where the violence was going to happen. Most Chinese stayed out of those areas to keep safe.
I do agree with you that PRC should try to help overseas Chinese when possible, but you really are not realistic in this case.
First and foremost, don't you think if those Chinese thought the PRC government could help them, they would go to the embassy first? Look at what happened in Kabul, the Afghanis that ran to the airport to try to get US/NATO protection.
Second, you are basically asking for China to invade another country for the a few hundred people. This is worse than the USA.
Third, you still don't make the distinction between what is happening in Solomon Islands vs. Indonesia is the state support. There is no official policy against Chinese in Solomon islands. Maybe you think the Solomons' police aren't doing their jobs well, but that is not the same as Suharto's forces actively HELPING.
With regards to the second and third points, you know there were a lot of anti Asian attacks in North America last year, does that mean the PLAAF start sending Y-20? It's true that nothing like the firestarting, but it is still a domestic issue in the end.
Finally, you are just admitting to being racist. Just because the Beta Israel are black-skinned, it is okay for them to suffer abuse?
A Black PLAN officer! If you watch the video, his the search by his Jamaican family was aided by the fact that he was well known in the village as a resistance fighter against the Japanese. He was just a teenager and put his life on the line. I don't think the colour of his skin should define how "Chinese" he is. Don't justify discrimination because of looks.

The big picture is that China is still less powerful than the US but it is rising much faster. The US, obviously still has the upper hand but it's losing it by the day. Any strategist (or a person with common sense) knows that that means the US is desperate for early conflict while China wants to bide time. Only an idiot Chinese person would be trigger-happy like Hendrik is at this point.
