Ok, but do you have enough "resources" and "technology" to prevent Iran from just raining down cheap missiles and drones at you again, forever, no matter what you "rebuild", in an optimistic scenario? Moreover, imagine being so idiotic as to think that you can go tit-for-tat, outlasting kind of battle against a multi-thousand-year-old civilization, with a way more diversified and solid economy, Iran, when your fake regimes were created only in the last century, without much societal foundation. Who is infinitely more dependent on a very few sitting duck desalination plants? Paper tigers, literally, fake military, useless megaprojects, meme stocks as national wealth, etc. I swear these Bedouins deserve to go back to riding camels and herding goats. Instead of accepting reality, they still stubbornly look down on Iran in all kinds of ways. They do not know what has already hit them, not to mention what will hit them very soon. Instead, they think they are a "factor," and still have some dreams. This shows their low national IQ that no amount of flukishly gained oil wealth could change. The sooner they wake up from their delusional dreams about the global status quo and US exceptionalism, the better it would be, and they could negotiate better terms with Iran.
Iran can just strike the desalination plants in the GCC and watch their populations flee.

Summary
  • China is offering Taiwan stable energy supplies as an incentive for reunification, leveraging the global energy crisis, but Taiwan continues to reject the proposal and prioritize self-determination.
  • Taiwan remains highly energy-dependent on imports, but is diversifying supply sources and boosting U.S. LNG imports to reduce vulnerability to disruptions and potential blockades.
  • Despite rising energy risks and regional tensions, the U.S. sees no imminent Chinese invasion.

Typically, pull-ups and rows are fine. Heavy squats and deadlifts are killers. They are the foundation of strength but they are very bad for the joints and discs when done with maximal or near maximal effort. I'm guilty myself and my father calls me a fool for exercising the way I do but as I get older, I have to switch from max effort low rep to lower weight high rep, which would save the discs but not so much the joints. Olympic lifting, which I actually like, is pretty bad for you. I don't enjoy working out but America's a potentially violent place and I don't wanna go around looking like a victim, nor do I want my kids to be scared of the "My dad can whoop your dad" conversation.
Do you carry? If not, I suggest you do. The U.S is going to be more dangerous as society begins to unravel, and if you want to protect yourself and your family, then you better be armed, because the people that want to harm you and your family are not coming at you with knuckles and fists. I have no sympathy for anyone who tries to break into my home, and if they are stupid enough to try, then they are certainly going to leave in a body bag.

Other than children studying overseas and returning immediately upon the completion of studies - there should be no exceptions. Officials should be required to have all family within the country (outside of working in a small set of approved countries which definitely would not include the US) and be prohibited from having overseas assets.

The Trump regimes is so desperate at this point, they are grasping at straws.

Meanwhile, the world opinion:

After Qatar sustained extensive damage, even Trump doesn't want to attack Iran's energy infrastructure anymore.

In my last post, I talked about how Iran uses the mosaic defense method which is a decentralized form of military which requires smart people to think on the spot early while being trusted to not to do stupid things and act in the best interest of the cause. The biggest requirement is quality people who are loyal. By the way thinking on the spot probably means to know which guys are loyal and deserve your info and which guys probably don't. It's very judgement based so I imagine it's not an easy job.

And then you can see why only Iran can do this and not the GCC. These guys think they can just throw money at the problem and it will go away. They just don't get it.

Trump isn’t targeting Iran’s energy infrastructure because he’s continuing the goals of PNAC. Just like with Venezuela, he wants his cut. He wants to control the world’s oil supply so then he can get everything he wants from the world. He was planning to do the same thing with Iran. Trump thinks like that. So what is Trump now doing? Trying to convince Putin of going along with his plan.

No, I live in a house on a well-lit hill in an extremely gentrified area. Also, I have 4 kids and the chances of a domestic accident with the gun far exceed the chances of proper home defense with it where I live. After I purchased the home, I requested that the last home-owner come help me sort some stuff out and when he arrived, he told me that he never bothered locking the doors because of how safe the area was and that it took him hours to find the keys for the handover.
