I think he's just drinking too much whiskey. He should switch to wine. Whiskey-drunk IS different than wine-drunk. It would smooth out his temper a little. I know from personal experience...

America attacks Iran to supposedly "weaken" China, it backfires majestically; Iran actually weakens the US instead, and now America wants China to help clean up the mess (capitulating).
What kind of clown behaviour is that? Attack Iran for possible leverage on China, get punched in the face by reality, then ask China for a lifeline. Very serious "superpower" strategy indeed.
