Well if you are a well read Jew and well versed in Talmud, there is technically no contradiction. According to this certain clause and technicality, this thing is allowed according to Jewish law. You can even say I'm not disobeying this direct command from God himself coz of xxx technicality. Basically lawyer speak which is why you see a lot of Jews in law.
From my understanding, finding loopholes against restrictions is a habit they justify due to their claimed lineage from prophet Israel (Jacob) who defeated god in a wrestling match (according to the Torah). The logic is: if Jacob can defeat god, and if we are children of Jacob, then we can also defeat god.

Some notable examples:
• drawing a wire (eruv) around Manhattan to bypass Sabbath restrictions outside your house (eruv is supposed to be the fence around your house).
• forbidden to kill a specific criminal, so they tied him to a tree until he died of starvation.
• forbidden to carry keys on Sabbath, but if you wear a belt, you can hang the keys on the belt.
Lol

I don't wanna talk religion indepth but loopholes have a strong association with this religion.

Well this is interesting. I remember when this guy took over, I saw this as a pro-Turkish/Israeli/US force taking over from a pro-Russian/Iranian force so when someone said that now the wartorn country will be ripe for Chinese investment and infrastructure building, I asked why the hell would China do that. I guess that's this new president's answer to that question. He's gone around and shaken a lot of hands but this would be a solid action if taken.
I'm pretty sure he's just secularizing the state (not the first time in the region) so there won't be any major opponents left for his government, and more importantly, for Israel. Muslim religious fervor is the greatest threat to Israel. That's why you never see any uprisings or anti-Israel groups in Saudi Arabia which is otherwise a very conservative society (fervor is nipped in the bud by the state).

"We are positive about measures already taken by Chinese authorities to ensure the supply of chips to Europe and the rest of the world. We see this as a show of goodwill. We will continue to engage in constructive dialogue with Chinese authorities in the period ahead"

‘Despite the suspension, Nexperia still has the obligation to provide information to the government about transfers of production resources or intellectual property, the economic affairs ministry said.’

‘While the immediate supply squeeze is set to relax, longer term issues remain.

After auto companies were forced to scramble for alternatives, Nexperia’s future role in the sector could be in doubt. Also, concerns about China’s ownership of the company goes back longer, with managers at the chipmaker approaching the Dutch government already in late 2023.

The role of Wingtech’s founder Zhang Xuezheng is also uncertain. He was suspended as Nexperia’s chief executive officer by an Amsterdam court on Oct seven following a petition by the chipmaker’s management. His reinstatement was a demand by Wingtech to resolve the dispute, which also triggered a feud between Nexperia’s headquarters and its Chinese operations over financing and control.

The Netherlands felt comfortable with handing back control because the court ruling suspending Zhang still stands, said a person familiar with the discussions. While the order served its purpose, it could be reinstated if supplies are once against at risk, the person said.’

In others, Chinese ownership is still awaiting the reversal do the court order. Anyone here an expert on the settlement process of the Dutch law?

If the CEO isn't reinstated that's still a theft.

Same with this, although in this case you would say Nexperia is a hostage

This is actually an incredibly stupid decision by the Dutch.

Wingtech should take full advantage by putting someone in charge while still publicly keeping the dispute alive demanding full reversal of the ban on its CEO.

In the meantime, this proxy should put all of the senior management on gardening leave to avoid triggering any golden parachute clauses while dismissing all senior managers without such clauses. And then basically put in place a full Chinese interim management team who’s sole purpose is to asset strip Dutch Nexperia of everything not nailed down while also taking on as much new debt in Dutch Nexperia’s name as possible, ensuring no vicarious liability for Wingtech. Then just run that shit into the ground and walk away leaving the Dutch government to step in and rescue it if they want.

Mask off moment, it was US pressure all along, and Dutch got thrown under the bus and totally humiliated. Now it's time for China to silently cripple European unit of Nexperia from within as it's subject arbitrary seizure, there will be nothing of value to due time.
Sounds like some Internet warrior who FAFO in the real world. Words have consequences.

So she chickens out, seriously if she has a shred of dignity, she should commit senpuku immediately. If she doesn’t do that, then whatever samurai spirit that the nation has is completely dead and in the event that China decides beat the ass out of Japan, it should be obvious that they would be beating a punch of pillow loving douchebags, not the warriors they professed to be
