Sometimes you have to marvel just how low American IQ is.
They used my AI to spy and my AI got caught -> Chinese AI spies don't get caught, China has no AI spies.
Anthropic is the one Western AI company China should try to destroy the most. Fortunately that is exactly what China seems to be doing right now as the main focus of Chinese AI start ups appear to be agentic coding which is Anthropic’s bread & butter. Best them in AI coding & they really don’t have much left & they know it hence the constant targeting of Chinese AI.

He's trying to save face from admitting he's the one that surrendered.

The fact that he has the bandwidth to even think about saving face after such a monumental fuck up is part of the root cause of why the west is both in terminal decline and why a new world war is all but inevitable now.

Western ruling elites face zero consequences for even the biggest fuck up and just keep failing upwards and only think of themselves.

I've been saying it for a while now, deflation by itself is inconsequential. What matters is what the deflation signifies. Japan's problem wasn't deflation, it was a lack of investment. Money gets pumped into the economy and immediately gets converted into foreign currencies to buy foreign debt for the carry trade because no one wants to invest in Japan. That's their problem. They have inflation now and their economy still sucks because deflation was not the cause of their malaise but merely a symptom. Inflation from rising input costs will not make anyone more willing to invest in Japanese industries.
If this is the case, then maybe the nexperia nonsense is good for China? Scares the capital exporters.

Anyone else think this is a strategic blunder for the US in the long term? China can use this as cover to accelerate their nuclear arsenal size even faster with the excuse of more potential or threshold nuclear threats within the intermediate range now.

I want to know to what extent this would shorten the time it takes for South Korea to acquire nuclear weapons in an emergency.

Searchable database of the so far released Epstein communications, including emails and dms. Of interest to this forum might be filtering for "China" or "Xi Jinping" etc. I personally perused some of the communciations on these topics and found a few things from 2018/2019:

1. Epstein was quite racist, no surprises, toward Chinese (but also East Asians generally).

2. Epstein was either involved with, or liked to think he was involved with, some kind of strategy based on undermining and destroying the CPC central leadership (in order to "break China").

3. Xi Jinping was seen as a roadblock by Epstein himself, along with Wang Qishan interestingly.

4. Epstein and whomever redacted individual(s) he spoke with were pretty sure their assets in China were going to win and basically submit China to the West at some point, but this is from casual dm's so kind of sketchy and totally vague.

5. Robert Kuhn, famous China-hand with fingers in pies in the China Media Group and allegedly buddies with some high ranking Chinese leaders had numerous email exchanges with Epstein, however I haven't found anything damning in those exchanges aside from that he communicated with a known pedo rapist.

6. No one was expecting Trump to perform well as a negotiator, but Epstein definitely believed China was unprepared and would lose the trade war and generally be "knocked out" in advance of "100 years of US hegemony."
