Chinese companies still don’t seem to learn.

View attachment 162427

You can buy technology from the West, you can buy physical products (to reverse engineer or because you can’t make it yet), you can pay them to build infrastructure in China.

But never buy anything you can’t lock down. Like shares or IPs or brands. All of those immaterial things can be taken away in an instant, whether by laws or propaganda or both. They are worthless to you.

Just the same, Western factories in China, Western shares in Chinese companies - those actually give you leverage over them. A piece of paper does not give you power. Tangible assets give you power.
This is at least the third case this year of European governments stripping Chinese owners/shareholders of their rights: Pirelli (Italy), British Steel (UK), and now Nexperia (Netherlands). It'd be shocking if the Chinese government do not take action to retaliate at this point. As the saying goes, 事不过三.

Minister of Economic Affairs invokes Goods Availability Act

News item | 12-10-2025 | 21:30
On Tuesday, 30 September 2025, the Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs invoked the Goods Availability Act (Wet beschikbaarheid goederen) due to serious governance shortcomings at semiconductor manufacturer Nexperia

Reason for intervention under the Goods Availability Act

The Act has been invoked following recent and acute signals of serious governance shortcomings and actions within Nexperia. These signals posed a threat to the continuity and safeguarding on Dutch and European soil of crucial technological knowledge and capabilities. Losing these capabilities could pose a risk to Dutch and European economic security. Nexperia produces, among other things, chips used in the European automotive industry and in consumer electronic
This measure is intended to mitigate that risk. On de basis of the order, company decisions may be blocked or reversed by the minister of Economic Affairs if they are (potentially) harmful to the interests of the company, to its future as a Dutch and European enterprise, and/or to the preservation of this critical value chain for Europe. The company’s regular production process can continue.

Invoking the Goods Availability Act by the Minister is highly exceptional. Only due to the significant scale and urgency of the governance deficiencies at Nexperia has the decision been made to apply the Act. This is a measure the government uses only when absolutely necessary. The application of this Act in this case is solely intended to prevent governance shortcomings at the specific company concerned and is not directed at other companies, the sector, or other countries. Parties may lodge an objection to this decision before the courts.
Trust me bro, it's really exceptional case. It's only going to happen once, will never again steal from you bro lol

Exhibit #532 to show to the boomer Chinese libs who grew up on VoA propaganda in the 80s and keep talking about how the West has 'rule of law'.

Anyway, we shouldn't be too harsh on the European leaders. (It's not even 'white' supremacy as Russia is whiter than most western european countries). Their entire leadership class are in the back pockets of the CIA and Mossad's Epstein-like lists and they would rather have a world where everyone outside of the first world ('international community') go back to its place rather than elevating everyone including themselves. Time and time again they have shown their true colors.

For their loyalty to the imperialist cause, their reward in the coming decade will be a terminal de-industrialization death spiral where America rob them dry, China outcompete them completely and Russia grind them down on the battlefield.

This is the same for the rest of the anglo 5 eyes, as America decides to harvest their vassals.
America has already started harvesting Australia (as much as can be for a CIA controlled “country”) with its $400bln sale of nuclear submarines that will never arrive and Australia can never command nor crew. Effectively the Australian taxpayer is paying tribute of $400bln to US arms manufacturers for the next 50 years.

I'm pretty sure SK will go nuclear at some point (due to re-militarization of Japan + weakening confidence in US security umbrella, particularly post-Taiwan AR + stagnant denuclearization talks with NK + increasing modernization of China), so the only solution is demilitarization/denuclearization of SK for a genuine and permanent reunified peninsula. In other words, denuclearize both NK+SK, de-Americanize SK, and de-Juche-ize NK, via supreme military force.

SK and Japan would be sanctioned and actually physically blockade by China if they made any serious attempts at nuclear weapons breakout, and China will launch military strikes directly to prevent breakout if necessary. Indeed, any attempt at a nuclear weapons programme, especially by Japan, will almost certainly trigger the kind of full invasion that I mentioned before.

There are zero scenarios where SK or Japan gets to go nuclear. China will go as far as to drop its no first use policy and use megaton yield nukes to end Japanese nuclear weapons programmes if needed. Nuclear weapons use on SK won’t be necessary as NK and Chinese troops can take it over long before it could possibly achieve breakout.

I don’t think there is a need to completely go scorched earth on Netherlands just yet, but definitely on Nexperia, considering Wingtech invested heavily to get them out of debt and back into profitability, I am normally one for measured approach but I absolutely hate ungrateful Sh*tf**kery like this.

Since they want to test the export controls, the first step should be a complete ban on the company from access and not just from RE but ban on the purchase of their chips and products using their chips. Should any other company work with, sell to or buy from them. That company can enter the list too.

There is no point in sanctions since these people will laugh it off with the usual I don’t travel to China anyway and they likely won’t be travelling to countries that would actually comply with Chinese sanctions, so it’s a pointless gesture. But the sh*tfaces in the company that initiated this, should be scorched earth sanctioned with their entire family and extended family for at least one generation.

China’s response to this Dutch aggression should be to set a clear and unmistakable example. I would suggest the effective cancellation of ASML would be an appropriate response.

Well, I stand corrected. IMO it's time to put the hammer down.

These bandits are testing the waters to eventually steal Chinese government assets like they did to Russia. They start with stealing Chinese companies. If China allows this to happen and no consequences are had to the thief, the more Chinese assets will be stolen. Need a tough punishment for this blatant act of stealing. Must establish strong deterrence. Not the time to back down to these criminals.
