The scenario you've proposed is completely reasonable, even if it's impossible to predict with much certainty if, when and how India will balkanize.

Not sure if the name India will persist, especially should more Indians realize that the term was effectively imposed upon their ancestors by Europeans.

Let's consider a slightly more imminent question: if India does balkanize sooner rather than later, say before the half way point of this century, the year 2050, what will likely trigger such a process?
Climate change is a candidate. Temperatures in India are now hitting 40C in February.

High wet bulb temperatures and monsoon disruption would have severe effects on southern India (Dravidia). Coupled with a non responsive and incompetent northern government, it could lead to southern India seceding to take care of things on its own. Northern India (Hindustan) has a much larger population and GDP, about 80%, but Dravidia only has 1 border to worry about - with the north - while Hindustan has to worry about its borders with Pakistan, China, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

Dravidia would be Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Telangana, along with minor territories nearby, that were not Hindi speaking. Even slightly north of them is a Hindi and other Indo-Aryan language speaking belt which is a hard linguistic border with the Dravidian south.

I wouldn't be surprised if Hindustan sees the writing on the wall and is forced to let Dravidia go, with the rationale that they were historically not that important.

I don't even see this as too bad for India. Both sides view the other as ballast even a little today. Hindustan can finally centralize as a nation-state with 1 language (Hindi) and 1 people (Indo-Aryans) without the need for compromise. They can finally get the strong, unified Bharat that they've always wanted. Dravidia can join ASEAN as another tropical English speaking Asian country.

Sane advise, but I have decided not to marry. I am fairly certain the "educated" girls in India are just after money.

That's generally speaking the case in virtually all countries and societies. Some cultures and girls are just more overt about it than others.

Females who can't find a mate who is able to protect and support them and their offspring are inevitably less likely to pass on their genetics or even survive.

As a result, "gold digging" traits and instincts have been passed on and "popularized," by both nature and nurture, because they've been essential to the survival and continuation of virtually all, if not all female homo sapien genetic lineages.

Money is just how females of modern societies tend to assess a would be mate's ability to protect and support them and their offspring, and as such, continue their genetic line.

This is obviously a rather reductionist take, but this probably isn't the place for a deep dive on evolutionary biology.

Regardless, the best you can probably do is to find a girl who will also contribute to or otherwise help you achieve your own goals. That might be someone worthy of your time, effort and investment!

Hope you find someone who'll make you happy and keep you healthy in a sustainable fashion!

The US a leader in urban transit. LOL.

As for freight GE sold GEVO engines for Russian diesel trains in the BAM railway. The US sanctioned that and they bricked the engines due to lack of software updates. Russia is now replacing those locomotives with new ones with their own diesel engines. China better not buy that shit either.
