In fact, he is the one who declared the ceasefire between Israel and Iran, after the US attacked Iran with bombs, and after Iran shot missiles at a US base in Qatar threatening American lives.
After all that, there is a ceasefire.

I would simply say that the USA loves wars that they can win with minimal overt effort on their part with public support and they hate wars that cost a lot of resources and money and make them look bad. Only problem now is that resources are getting lower and public perception of the USA is at an all time low so such easily wars are much harder to commit too without considerable suffering on their end
Its just millionaires parking their money to avoid taxes as usual. There are loads of mainland Chinese who acquired Singaporean PR just to do that.
