Love how Trump thinks he can invalidate Biden's pardons but his are written in stone. Then watch the Democrats who like to hide behind the rule of law look helpless doing nothing against Trump's unilateralism. I thought the US had honor and principles. The fact is no one doing anything, allies following like a mindless lemmings doing everything the American dictator tells them to do and they have the gall to dictate to everyone else in the world about democracy...? Yeah everyone under US democracy where you have to blindly obey their dictator.

There are still many Chinese students in the US on F-1 visas but it's extremely hard now to get a visa if you are looking to study AI, quantum computing and material science. I know a guy from a top university in China who was accepted by Harvard for a PhD exchange program but DoS wouldn't give him the visa. They still attract top talent through employment but the absolute numbers had gone down substantially towards end of Trump's first admin, Biden kept many of those policies and it looks like this trend is going to continue in the future.
