Pretty disappointing to see Australians whine about Chinese ships.

I would at least expect them to have some awareness to realize they have been doing this crap for years. They should be able to take it when the shoe is on the other foot.

I feel like all of a sudden, a lot of assumptions and rules we told are all falling apart now like liberal democracy. Soon we will find that even GDP per Capita is a load of crocksheet.

What do you mean "even"?

You'd never use averages to compare data that doesn't have different distributions. You'd use median.

The median income/gdp in China is about 20 000-30 000 USD (there's multiple conflicting sources with different calculation methods). For reference, EU is 28 000 USD. US is 39 000.

Far from a load of shit, correct statistics on gdp actually does model the approximate living standards quite well, only it doesn't take into account at all living cost. Chinese can act/appear wealthier because they have better housing, insurance and goods, but in terms of raw wealth, they're the same or slightly behind the other major developed nations.

Apparently it was 107 Zunyi firing her main gun. I note that in a lot of the news covering this they only show photos of the 054A and avoid showing the 055.

So... is this what gunboat diplomacy feels like?
It always hurts a bit the first time but it will soon pass and they may even learn to enjoy it. If they get so excited over the 130mm I can't imagine what they would do if they actually test fire a YJ-21.
Pardon my bluntness, but it is past time that westerners, especially Anglos, started feeling fear and respect when Chinese warships come a-knocking because judging by history and Anglo attitudes towards Chinese people, it is evident that Anglo society fails to exhibit a healthy amount of respect towards Chinese people and nothing less than the annexation of Australia and New Zealand along with Alaska and Hawaii will suffice to persuade these Anglos that perhaps white supremacy is a failed religion on par with nazism.

It is apparent that a lack of violence perpetrated on Anglo bodies has resulted in behaviour as below:

Hum, yeah this seems to be some sort of a theme, right? I wonder why? Let me guess, you are also noticing this everywhere else?
i was responding to that tweet that Russia-US get along will bring peace and prosperity to Europe when
It is the Gulf Monarchies that are driving force behind such an alliance but unreliability in US system preventing it. that tweeting person has little understanding of this issue no wonder It is easy for Gulf Monarchies to extract Indian human capital /wealth and keep India colonized. Gulf Monarchies enable US to won the previous Cold war and US should have followed Gulf in improving relations with Russia much earlier. this Libyan commander works with Russia and his lawsuit was thrown out during Biden time. they know what they are doing.

Aligns with what I believe Putin should aim for Ukraine in potential negotiations.

This actually makes a lot of sense now come to think of it. Russia WANTS the draconian deal that the US is proposing to Ukraine. Because in the end it is going to push Ukraine into Russia. It is obvious that that deal is not acceptable in the long run, there is a part of Ukraine, especially in the mineral rich oblasts, that will absolutely not accept paying half of what they make to the states.
