The good thing is that those Chinese scientists who are enduring the racial stigma only for the money in the US will finally come back if this goes on long enough.

The future for Chinese in the US is to have to go full bald eagle (see Alexander Wang as an example). It’s already the case that they don’t allow anyone who has seen a wok into many levels of security clearance

Trump prides himself in being a deal maker, he also professes to love peace. The next time Trump meets with Xi, they should sign a deal together, a peace treaty to make the world safer. Maybe promise not to go to war with each other, like a non-aggression pact or something ;)
