Tbh not sure how long this situation will be allowed to continue.
There have been some small signals here and there for opening more to the "world" this year but imo not so much as what is happening now. Truly an accident
Very likely that eventually, measures will be taken to limit the interaction between the international and Chinese domestic users. There is also a small possibility that this will be embraced instead, but I am very sceptical of this happening. Anyways, all eyes are on March now

I think the authorities will let it boil a bit so they will look more legitimate with using the iron hand of censoring/filtering or demarcation. I already seen non mainland Asians complaining about the exodus of colonizers and vandals barraging into their space.These people flexing their "dream life" are suddenly getting either western trolls or people just posting depressing low quality content.
I would advise that they ban all political speech to remove the anti-china trolls and depressing content. Also give mainlanders a super downvote to help the algo/censors to knock out garbage accounts/content. I been ban for pro-chinese content from alot of US free-speech media... its just fair that the Chinese gets to control their narrative.
