When will the Danes grow some balls and fight for what its rights and the protection of its subjects in Greenland? at least offer resistance, a fight, or has the blood of Attedag and Cnut been diluted so much? The Danes are stupid, they should've known the nature of the Anglos when Copenhagen was bombed during the Napoleonic wars, as a neutral territory, and yet they fed the anglo's insatiable appetite for more land and resources. Did they think they would be immune to anglo predation? Why? because you're white? Give me a break, the USG let its citizens die of COVID and doesn't give a rat's ass about its own soldiers let alone its own vassals.

Still, if the Anglos believe they can just take Greenland willy nilly, what's to stop China from taking Australia as a core territory, the new Xinjiang? And New Zealand to boot as well.
Just to add, which I'm sure most people on this forum know already, the Mercator projection of the world map which most outlets use kind of misleads people into the true size of countries. Greenland is actually about the area of Xizang or Xinjiang province:

I disagree on crediting Indians for US decline on science. US decline on science has been happening for a long time and more to do with other factors primarily the rise of Christian fundamentalism. If anything, the Indian immigrants in the US are generally more scientifically literate than the vast swaths of republicans and bleach drinking MAGAs.
Decline in science was bound to happen with creation of Israel. I cannot think science in west would have moved forward beyond 18th century without Jewish contribution. and this christianity decline was visible when that Hugo Chavez that screwed Venezuela thought Putin is like him but Putin saddled him with deals and sent him in direction that weakend Venezuela.. i am not sure Chavez even realise it that there is soft power in Moscow and that soft power studies other religions since middle ages.

"Our Bolivarian revolution is very Christian and I have a friend who isn't Christian, but lately has said he is a Christian in the social aspect: his name is Fidel Castro," Chávez said in Rome in May 2006 when he had a meeting with Benedict XVI. "I talk to [Castro] a lot about Christ each time we see each other, and he told me recently, 'Chávez, I'm Christian in the social sense.'"

Prior to joining CSBA in 2013, Mr. Clark was special assistant to the chief of naval operations and director of his Commander’s Action Group, where he led development of Navy strategy and implemented new initiatives in electromagnetic spectrum operations, undersea warfare, expeditionary operations, and personnel and readiness management.

Mr. Clark served in the Navy headquarters staff from 2004 to 2011, leading studies in the Assessment Division and participating in the 2006 and 2010 Quadrennial Defense Reviews. His areas of emphasis were modeling and simulation, strategic planning, and institutional reform and governance. Prior to retiring from the Navy in 2008, Mr. Clark was an enlisted and officer submariner, serving in afloat and ashore submarine operational and training assignments including tours as chief engineer and operations officer at the Navy’s nuclear power training unit.
Give the guy some credit, he was involved in setting US naval strategy from 2004 to 2013 and gave us Zumwalt and LCS, so he has probably contributed more to humanity and world peace than anyone here ever did.

He is right though. From the sounds of it, he possesses some kind of long-range X-Ray/Ultrasound sensor that allows him to see inside the aircraft to know it is less sophisticated than American counterparts. The very technology he says China lacks to copy/reverse engineer the interior components.

On a more serious note, from the article, Bryan Clark is working for the Hudson Institute, which has received funding by Taiwan.
No surprise he is basically quoting 1450 type tropes word for word.

China is fighting US thru its proxy Russia
I would say Europe decline is not in China interest as some one else will take advantage of Europe decline and than use those advantages other places that will impact China. and the way Ukranian is fighting further contribute to advance weopon development in Russia.
this was 5 years ago and now imagine the impact of new demographic policy. Putin has his own statistics that he use to kick around this christianity.

Russian President Vladimir Putin joked when commenting on the words of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe that 75-year-old people in Japan walk at the same speed as 65-year-olds used to.

"Shinzo [Abe] said that in Japan people have started walking faster. In Chechnya and Dagestan people walk at the same pace, and the birth rate is three times higher than in Japan. The question is what to spend the energy on," the Russian president joked at the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum on September 5.

Saving Europe is not in China’s self-interests also. Who’s worse for China to take advantage of Europe than the US?The only thing left that someone can do is start a war. And the US is the only one to want one but can’t because they might suffer. So who’s worse than that that won’t suffer more?

He can't take care of his own inner cities, border, collapsing dangerous infrastructure, and an apocalyptic social climate on the verge of breaking, approaching 40 trillion of debt, yet he wants to take... Greenland, wtf... For what? I feel like that should be his 10001st 'concern'.

If this is not some megalomanic spoiled weak final emperor, of an overextended rotting empire, that was the straw that blew the camel's back idk what is. This kind of clown having control of such weapons of mass destruction is the most dangerous moment in the history of humanity.

This ridiculous Frankenstain country will clearly not last a few more years lads. However, since he is a mentally unstable narcissistic delusional patient, at least his 'advisor' Musk should be a little smarter.

During the final future incursion against China, he will lead when they will be humiliated expressly, maybe China should do something to remove him and let his caretaker Musk take over and prevent global destruction.

I think Musk is pragmatic, and even though most of vapor 'wealth' will evaporate too, at least he could become a true techno-feudal local lord In North America above all laws when the whole thing collapses.

I think how far ahead China is, they should have a plan for everything and for how to deal with such an ultra-stupid but dangerous variable. Or at least, I hope so, for all of us... Since you can't talk with subhumans like that rationally.

Previously I thought that maybe Trump would have been content with leading some local faction after the collapse, but I doubt it now after hearing all the "annexing" of 5 countries in the past few days. He is too megalomanic and too mentally ill.

He will not accept such a humiliating resolution peacefully, so he will need to be removed. Probably by someone from the inside like Musk...
Trump is simply exploiting the EU's lack of a spine towards the US. The EU is effectively an US colony; you can't "violate the sovereignty" of a region that didn't have it in the first place.

Most of the EU are happy to be under US rule.
