The conclusion in the video (that China somehow overcounted their economic growth by 10%) has already been "debunked" (and not even debunked, if the Bloomberg journalist actually read the original article they would've known that the 10% figure was taken out of context) here:
In summary, the original article was positing Chinese economic growth by basing their assumptions off of the composition of China's economy before its property bubble burst. Of course these assumptions (such as how much employment drives economic growth, investment vs consumption share of economy and its relationship with economic growth) are gonna be different after the property bubble burst since China is shifting to high-tech industry as a main driver of economic growth now (which is less capital and investment intensive than large infrastructure and construction projects). Thank frig I am not in the USA right now, I mean where I lam at right now might not be so hot but at least the Black Friday sale there is full house with very difficult to find parking at all hours. This place is just two steps away from ‘the domestics’, ‘the purge’ or even a typical zombie movie minus the zombies. Tucker: He is gonna offer to stop the Ukraine War immediately. Ukraine will not join NATO for 20 years. If Russia agrees to this deal, Trump is willing to lift sanctions.
Lavrov: *Chuckles* First of all, we don't want to stop the SMO now. We are on course to achieve our objectives, and we are not gonna stop now over some flimsy promise. You said that Trump wants to suspend Ukraine's ascension to NATO for 20 years. Trump won't be around after 4 years. Who is gonna keep that promise after that? And why would Russia agree to this if we could end the threat of Ukraine's ascension to NATO permanently? Lastly, you want us to agree to that kind of deal, so that we Russians can get Pizza Hut and Apple again? You need to do a lot better than that.
Tucker: *Stunned* Why won't you agree to that deal? Its a very generous deal!
Lavrov: Generous? What's so generous about that deal? We pause the SMO to our disadvantage, and we only delay Ukraine's ascension to NATO. You must think of us as fools for accepting such a deal! We have lost count on the amount of times you the West have reneged on deals and agreements. We Russians have long memories. You have given us very little reason to trust you.
Tucker: But you would trust President Xi and the CCP?
Lavrov: They have earned our trust over the decades. Yes, we have a high level of trust with them.
Tucker: But aren't you concerned that they would betray you? The Chinese are greedy and they want your resources! They want to take Siberia!
Lavrov: *Laughs* Based on whose imagination? Yours? Yes they want some of our resources, and they're buying them from us. We are doing great business with them. It is you the West who had been stealing from us. You stole our money in your banks. It is you the West who had waged numerous wars against us to take our lands and resources. One of your Republican senator, Lindsey Graham had said that Ukraine is a gold mine of minerals for you Americans. You're projecting your evil intentions onto China. But we Russians can see the reality. We have no problems with China. Instead, we are very good friends.
Tucker: But...but... The Chinese are evil, greedy, cheating, godless scoundrels! You just cannot trust them!
Lavrov: I have already explained our position. Do you have other questions? Otherwise, I have better things to do.
