Nope, I dont agree. In my country, women tend to have more probability to get trafic accident than men. Their judgement on how to drive is bad, to an extend that it can endanger their own safety multiple time. And just apply that to the battlefield where they have a responsibility to keep save a billion usd warship

In accordance with standard procedures, the United States has transmitted a pre-launch notification pursuant to the Hague Code of Conduct, and notified the Russian government in advance, per our existing bi-lateral obligations."
