They claim China is "competitive" in LNG carriers for example. Well the US does not build any of those. In the West you would have to go to South Korea or Japan for that.
Did you know that the US used to import LNG from Russia to the US East Coast because according to their Jones Act Law you need to use US LNG carriers to transport LNG from one point in the US to another, and they don't have any LNG carriers which can do it? Because the US can't build them?
