The news coming from the US just keeps getting weirder and weirder... I don't even know what to believe anymore lol.

It really goes to show just how much power billionairs have in America. Here you have some random civillian talking to a head of state from another country and pulling favours for them. It's almost medieval with powerful lords sending messages to foreign nations. If this was happening in another country we would be flooded with articles mocking this situation.

So far no report of hits. There's a picture of a small fire (like, trashcan fire size) besides an Iranian highway from an interceptor.

Pretty much like I predicted, US will pull out all stops to prevent Israel from inflicting proportionate retaliation. That plus Iran has been correct in taking time to let itself become porcupinized with foreign support.
Bit hard to report something with no visuals, this is as they say in the business, bad optics.
Even Israel's claims of using >100 jets to hit 20 targets is an interest exercise in mathematics.

Georgian government has irked the West with its recent actions so I fully expect them to lose power. US&EU will do their usual black magic to oust the party in charge, no doubt about it.

Parliamentary elections started in Georgia.

Security measures have been increased in Tbilisi: additional police cars have appeared near the parliament.

Previously the US Embassy in Georgia warned about possible protests, and we all know what that means

Especially because Musk holds so much of US strategic tech... SpaceX, Tesla, Twitter... the US continues its proxy war against Russia and refuses any diplomatic engagement with Russia all the while Musk is in regular contact with Putin, and campaigning for Trump (and handing millions of dollars to vote for Trump and against the incumbent gov)... Or it might all be fake news and a smear campaign designed to discredit Musk and Trump. In any case, the US is starting to look more and more like a banana-republic.

I like Turkey. They are selfish but smart. India is just batshit insane. Like, if you show tiny bit of respect they would start walk over you. Turkey would at least pretend to respect you and carve out a favorable deal. For instance, F-16 deal for Sweden entry of NATO. As annoying as it is, it is workable settlement for both sides. India on other hand would demand something insane like: "expelling any country they don't like out of NATO, tech transfer of F-35, back me up on any conflict, and I can leave at anytime".

And lets be real, NATO needs Turkey's location. Turkey merely leveraged that for a good deal. I don't see BRICS need India nearly as much.
I seem to recall that Turkey also blackmailed China for a massive amount of money, in the billions, when we needed Varyag to be towed through the Turkish Staits.

We need members in BRICS who will analyze issues from the perspective of whether these issues will benefit BRICS or, realistically, their nation as well. We don't need countries like Turkey who will see every issue as a question of what price it can get paid for its cooperation. Whenever China wants to get something done in BRICS, and a unanimous vote is needed, even if the issue does not affect Turkey, you can bet that Turkey will be sending Beijing an "affordable bill" for not vetoing the notion. Worse, the US will probably be a bidder on the other side and Turkey will veto if America wins the bid and not veto if China pays the higher price. We just don't need that.
Who is this hero, massive respect for this anonymous Korean guy.

Turns out Koreans took out the trash in Thailand previously. Based Korean men.
Not impressed at all. He took a sucker shot and ran away. I thought Koreans were trained in military Taekwondo. If he didn't want to fight, why did he start? I have a Korean friend who would have killed these 2 and took the jail time just to prove a point if they insulted his country and stepped up to him in Korea. He once got into a drunk fight and I had to pull him off the the dude because the other dude was already knocked out cold but he still couldn't stop punching the dude in the face with the back of his head on the cement. That's how you kill someone. That would be what this guy deserves. Instead, he thinks he's the tough guy because the Korean kept running away from his challenge to continue what was started.
