TLDR: According to this post the seismic activity that was recently detected looks somewhat like an explosion. Due to it lacking a compressional wave and after shock like you would expect from an earthquake. They really need to up the rebel funding in Kashmir and North East. Especially Northeast since they are different people that are actually discriminated against.
