It isn't inconceivable that these guys and gals will or if not already been approached by the security-Industrial- complex folks in order to further harness and enhance such invaluable additional tool in the toolbox kit of espionage and instantaneous recon/profile.
This is the sort of stuff we saw watching Bond films and other science fiction movies of the past.

Looking at current events regarding Palestine, Iran and Israel, we must remember our history. After the end of WW1, China had helped the Allied war efforts and expected the return of German controlled Shandong back to China, but instead the Western powers simply ignored China and handed it off to Japan. The result was the May 4th Movement and the rest is history.
What did Chinese leaders learn from this?
1) That China must never be weak again.
2) That power comes out of the barrel of a gun; that the West, being barbarians do not honour treaties and therefore must be brought to heel with violence and force.
This is also the reason that despite my distaste for what's happening in the middle east, i do hope that the US sends boots into the ground again like The Surge of 2006 because it is only the endless trail of body bags and maimed western soldiers that will exhaust the anglos from starting the Asia-Pacific war that they so ardently want and need.
