LolHe'll say, "Yeah, you guys together just named like 10. America leads in thousands of areas," virtually all of which are either unnamed, mischaracterized as American advantages when they are not, or unimportant. And he doesn't realize that dominance in most of the few key sectors (which China is focused on) with competence in others is enough to win the tech war overall.
Aannd yup, he just cited an 88 page paper he didn't read which vaguely highlights how America is a technologically advanced country but makes no comparisions with China. Lazy useless cop out crap. This, by the way, is its conclusion on page 61 (or 63/88), far more fearful than his claims of "advantages that will last for decades to come":
"the advanced industries sector—that is at once critical to national wellbeing and under pressure from eroding competitiveness and national economic drift. In some regions, the sector is deep, vibrant, and globally competitive. In others, the sector has been hollowing out."
What do you expect from a person who falsely proclaimed that Ericsson is mostly a US company since its main employees are in America (which was blatantly false); or that the American mRNA was the first vaccine came out first because of "marketing approval" (which was blatantly false and doesn't exist), or that America's maternal mortality was low and cited an article which, in reality, indicated that the maternal mortality rate was lower than expected for such a high general mortality nation!
The cope is so intense that it's self contradicting. Like saying US's lower life expectancy compared to other nations indicate that Americans are so rich, they die early from eating fatty foods and driving fast cars, but then also praises the US for increasing life expectancy in the last couple years. I guess Americans got poorer so they can't eat fatty foods and drive fast cars in the last few years?
