I just saw this movie on HBO Max. I think there were four Asians in the cast. Two of them were killed for being Chinese. The movie wasn't as jingoistic as you'd expect. The sides weren't even defined. You couldn't tell who were the bad guys from the good guys. I guess that was the point so that the audience wouldn't pick a side because it was more about the characters. The only action at the end played like a wannabe Call of Duty Modern Warfare battle at the White House.
I know the movie makes a point of not making a political point. I think it's more that scene is a perfect demonstration of what Wang Yi was saying when he said to white people you're all Chinese.

Well, to be fair, the Dutch has no option as most critical technologies on their EUV come from others (i.e USA, etc), the Dutch is simply a product integrator. I am not saying it is easy ... extremely difficult and this EUV market is so small so there is not really enough market for many companies making EUV ... due to Trump, this is different, not market driven anymore but about geopolitics "war" between China and the US

Intel cannot even produce their own chips. They are ordering their Lunar Lake SoC from TSMC.
They are still stuck at like 4nm. And what 4nm capacity they do have isn't enough even for their own production.

I don't think Intel has produced 4nm in commercial mode .... currently 7nm for mobile and desktop still stuck with 10nm
