No need to apologise, your knowledge and what you find all these days is always most amazing. I'm sure it is not only me, who's most thankful.
I'm most surprised about the grey colour, which is neither typical PLA Army nor PLAAF ... as such my first thought was the Marine Corps Aviation!?
But these are clearly NOT assigned to a civil company. Even more they are fully combat capable assault types, which suggest they will go to a dedicated frontline unit and not just as transports.
Maybe they are for some sort of CSAR or SpecOps units. Post-Syria Mi-17Sh types are particularly suited for that role so they could be as a stopgap while CSAR variats of Z-20/Z-18's are developed.
